Go deep and find out what really works. Go to the guru and go the extra mile to see what’s really happening. Teach clients how to get and stay fit at any age.
Fun Fact
By training elite throwers in track and field, I’ve become a bit of a shoulder and hip whisperer. Turns out by seeing so many folks take those joints to the limit taught me how to help improve them and keep them functioning well.
