Our pricing options are custom tailored for every type of client
Our Trainers have Kinesiology Degrees and will carefully take you through sessions consisting of Warm Up, Full Body Workout and Finishing Stretch. Sessions can take place at our gyms, at your Home, Condo or Outside in North Vancouver and West Vancouver.
We also offer mobile kinesiologists. Think of these as advanced personal training. It’s our goal to offer you training that will get you in shape but doesn’t cost crazy amounts of money. Unlike trainers who charge upwards of $95 to 120 an hour, we feel great trainers should cost a reasonable amount and be affordable for everyone.
Partner Training. We also offer partner sessions where you can team up with a friend or train with your spouse and split the cost of training.
Senior’s Fitness Training. We offer experienced trainers that have worked with seniors and know how to create specialized programs for the Active Aging population.

No. We provide all the necessary equipment.
Yes. Many extended health plans cover Kinesiology. We provide receipts and encourage you to check with your health care provider for the kind of specific coverage you may have.
Yes. We provide fall prevention training, balance training, neuroplasticity training, core training and many more complex training regimes.
Yes, you can train with a friend and they can come for some or all of the sessions. It’s completely up to you. each additional person just pays an extra $20 dollars.
Absolutely not. We will always modify and go at your pace. You can also train at a different intensity than your friend if necessary.

We work with a very wide range of ages. This can help us give you the right direction no matter what your age may be.
Absolutely. You’re welcome to complete virtual personal training sessions at home or while on vacation.
With advances in technology, these sessions are just as effective as in person sessions in many cases.
